She began her culinary journey at Michelin-starred Wedholm’s Fisk in Stockholm, Sweden, and ran two restaurants with her family before moving to New York City to join the start-up of iconic Scandinavian Restaurant Aquavit on Manhattan, and to Los Angeles to work at famed French Restaurant Citrus.
